CLAUDE.md hard rule 6 says that if a two-week absence stops progress, the design is wrong — and across the last two weeks the plan layer produced nothing, 11 of 14 days have no log, and the entire evidence base moved on one person's single 19 Aug burst. If you disappeared for two weeks starting today, what in this repo would still be running?

Dream · 22 August 2026The evidence base moved further on one day (19 Aug) than in any prior week of this project, and the plan layer stopped existing at the same time — W04 ran its full seven days with no tasks, W05 opens today the same way, and for the first time no plan/weeks/ file appears anywhere in the churn list.
